Background and Discussion:
From 08/21/2023 through 06/14/2024, a CSP advertisement for bidders went out for project 24/0202 CSP - Construction of a Concrete Pavilion at Arthur Storey Park located at 7400 W Sam Houston Pkwy S in Precinct 4 and two proposals were reviewed, scored and ranked from lowest to highest bid. The project was awarded to Spawglass Civil Construction on February 6, 2025. The award needs to be corrected to show the name of company as submitted in the CSP - Spawglass Construction Corp.
Expected Impact:
Park enhancement to better serve the public. The project seeks to provide a 658 SF cast-in-place concrete pavilion for Arthur Storey Park visitors. The pavilion includes the installation of a pre-manufactured, hand-carved roof structure with clay tiles.
