Background and Discussion:
During the recent PCN reconciliation, two approved, critical need positions were inadvertently inactivated. We are asking the Commissioner Court to allow the reactivation of these positions. The PCNs will be moved from the Criminal Justice Command to the Law Enforcement Command and reclassified.
