Background and Discussion:
The TESP mission is to reduce the overpopulation crisis of stray dogs and cats in Harris County by providing over 450 spays and neuters at events in carefully selected sites and by providing services through their clinic. The impact for their work is deliberate and far-reaching, addressing the core issue of the overpopulation of stray animals.
