Background and Discussion:

Harris County to disclaim its interest of any kind of a 20’ foot right of way for the purpose of expanding the existing wastewater treatment plant.

 

Expected Impact:

The County will gain an expanded wastewater treatment plant to better facilitate the current as well as future development in the area.

 

Alternative Options:

If no action is taken, no expansion of the wastewater treatment plant will happen that will in turn facilitate the current and future development in the area.
