Background and Discussion:
As part of the March 26, 2024 Commissioners Court approval of the Visioning Hardy Downtown Connector Study, Court authorized the solicitation for request for qualifications of professional services necessary to implement the project. The selected general engineering consultant (GEC) shall assist HCTRA in the assessment and development of the Hardy Downtown Connector project.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
