Background and Discussion:
Transmittal of renewal for Pathway to Serenity, Inc. (“Pathway to Serenity”) for substance abuse treatment services for the STAR Drug and Felony Mental Health Courts of the Harris County Community Supervision & Corrections Department (CSCD), for the period of March 1, 2026 - February 28, 2027 (220273). CSCD will use its existing State and Harris County funding to pay for the services.
