Background and Discussion:

The Harris County Veterans Service Department was awarded a renewal grant for Texas Veterans Commission Veterans Mental Health grant in the total amount of $295,000 for the grant term July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. This RCA is intended to extend the funding dates for the three PCNs associated with this grant and to remap the coding for each position to the new project id. In addition, the project id coding associated with this position needs to be remapped to the new project id grant coding with a payroll effective date June 28, 2025.

Expected Impact:

Extending these PCN’s funding dates will better enable VSD to execute the services under the grant award.
