Contractor provides Anger Management courses to female residents at the HCSO Women’s Empowerment Center. The goal is to explore the causes of heightened emotional reactions, learn practical strategies to improve emotional regulation and gain control over emotions, resulting in improved relationships, a decrease in recidivism, and an enhanced sense of overall well-being.
