Background and Discussion:
Enterprise Resource Planning System licenses and support for and including Application Server Enterprise Management, Business Intelligence Server Enterprise Edition Options and Management Pack for Oracle Data Integrator were originally approved in the April 12, 2016 Commissioners Court.
Expected Impact:
An extension of the contract is necessary to prevent interruption by maintaining technical support services for the Oracle and PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning System while the rebid process is initiated.
Alternative Options:
If the technical support services are not approved, there will be no technical support and the licenses will forgo updates if relevant and cause countywide service interruption.
