Background and Discussion:
We respectfully request the Commissioner’s Court approval for the following transfers:
• Transfer of one Sergeant Position: From the Law Enforcement Command Business Unit 54000 to the Criminal Justice Command Business Unit 54100.
• Transfer of two Detention Officer Positions: From the Criminal Justice Command Business Unit 54100 to the Law Enforcement Command Business Unit 54000.
• Transfer of a Manager, Deputy, Detention Sergeant and Accounting Analyst: From the Criminal Justice Command Business Unit 54100 to the Law Enforcement Command Business Unit 54000.
These transfers are necessary due to departmental reorganization and to update needed corrections of PCNs.
