Request for transfer into the County TIRZ No. 1 (Aldine) Tax Increment Fund (No. 2430) regarding the following annual Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) payments in accordance with Commissioners Court Orders, and Interlocal Agreements previously approved by Commissioners Court, on behalf of Harris County, for tax year 2023-24, in the amount shown in the table below.

Expected Impact:
The transfer of annual Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone revenue into the Aldine TIRZ #1 County Tax Increment Fund will benefit the implementation of capital improvements, housing, and community development projects occurring in the Zone.
