Background and Discussion:
This project will provide on-street bike lanes, and sidewalks along Quitman Street, from Houston Avenue to Elysian Street.
Expected Impact:
The project will improve mobility and community connectivity for residents and pedestrians.
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and various other construction materials. This testing will ensure the material’s compliance with Harris County Engineering and other governing bodies specifications as required by state law.
