Background and Discussion:

The Behavioral Health impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic have been profound. • Substance use disorder treatment

The Montrose Center was awarded funding as a part of the Behavioral Health Workforce initiative to increase access to culturally competent mental health services by recruiting and retaining fully licensed therapists as well as providing training opportunities to improve the quality of service provided to the community.

Expected Impact:

An increase in the number of staff retained as well as an increase in the quality of services provided.
