Background and Discussion:
This is a renewal agreement for Job No. 21/2012 Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) System, Training, Support and Consulting Services for the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA). This agreement with Presidio Networked Solutions LLC is for support of HCTRA’s digital network infrastructure. Presidio provides full service cloud maintenance, software and hardware solutions to ensure critical information remains safe. There services also supply advance analytics for our data driven customer service culture.
