Background and Discussion:

 

The project includes the mill and overlay of Crenshaw Road from South Shaver to Allen Genoa Road.

 

This change in contract includes the reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. This change in contract increases base repair quantities to 468 tons, at the additional cost of $72,664.00 and adds 2 additional days to the contract time.  This accounts for the actual quantities needed to continue the work.

 

Expected Impact:

 

This action allows the continuation of the contracted work.
