Background and Discussion:
Request the Third Amendment for professional engineering services for the design of channel conveyance improvements and stormwater detention basins projects with Woolpert, Inc. in the additional amount of $6,000,000 for various design and improvement projects for professional engineering services for the design of channel conveyance improvements and stormwater detention basins projects for the Flood Control District. The term of the Master Agreement is hereby amended to extend until December 31, 2028, or the completion of the projects under the Master Agreement, Westador Stormwater Detention Basin, P119-09-00 Conveyance and Detention Improvements, Hardy West Regional Stormwater Detention Basin, or Greens Bayou Mid-Reach Channel Conveyance Improvements, whichever is later. Projects began prior to the start of the County’s MWBE program.
