Background and Discussion:
Harris County and Greens Parkway MUD seek to enter into a Joint Participation Interlocal Agreement to construct curb and related infrastructure improvements within the District. The project includes removal and replacement of damaged curb sections, turf restoration, and associated appurtenances.
Expected Impact:
The interlocal agreement will result in a cooperative arrangement between Harris County and Greens Parkway Municipal Utility District to construct improvements to curb facilities and all related appurtenances in and around the District of which improvements include removing, replacing, and properly disposing of existing damaged 6-inch curb, dowel of steel reinforcement to existing curb and road, traffic control, curb painting, replacing of turb behind curb, and replacing damaged sprinkler systems in Harris County Precinct 1.

The alternative option for this proposal would be not to enter into the agreement and seek other options.
