HCTRA is ready to advertise for a competitive sealed proposal for construction of the Sam Houston Northeast EZTAG Store, located 9400 East Sam Houston Parkway North, Houston, Texas 77396 (Job No. 24/0724). This solicitation will lead to a construction contract for the new Northeast EZTAG Store building that will replace the leased facility with limited space and parking.
