Background and Discussion:
Project Includes the construction of a signature pedestrian bridge over Sims Bayou to connect the trails on both sides of the Bayou. The County issued the Project’s Notice to Proceed on Jan 08, 2024. Per Attachment M of the Contract, the work was to be completed within 360 days of the Notice to Proceed, or by January 02, 2025. With this and all other prior approved change orders, the work is to be completed within 618 days of the Notice to Proceed, or by September 17, 2025.
Expected Impact:
Change will allow for the bridge to be constructed per the Architects ultimate vision.
