Background and Discussion:
The purpose of this transmittal is to submit the Certificate of Substantial Completion when the Contractor has completed the scope of work of a job and has addressed and completed all punch list items to the satisfaction of the Flood Control District.
Expected Impact:
The completed work will allow the contractor to construct the project so that Harris County can realize intended flood risk reduction benefits in North Harris County.
