Background and Discussion:
A traffic study was conducted at Cypress Rose Hill Rd at Juergen Rd, which warranted a traffic signal at the intersection. The traffic signal will enhance safety as it relates to the intersection operations. The service outlet location statement is needed to establish electrical service from CenterPoint Energy to power the traffic signal.
Expected Impact:
