Background and Discussion:
Request to execute an interlocal agreement between Harris County and the East Aldine Management District. East Aldine Management District will provide $194,584.00 in leverage funding for the project. The project consists of the construction of approximately 4,555 linear feet of 8-inch water distribution line and five fire hydrants along Surles Drive, Olana Drive, and McDermott Drive, including up to 44 water service connections, trench safety, and site restoration.
Expected Impact:
County will have leverage funds provided by East Aldine Management District to advertise the grant funded project.
