Background and Discussion:
Project includes general civil construction services that include concrete pavement repair and sidewalk repair for a variety of locations throughout Precinct 3. The Precinct has requested for new bid items to be added.
Change includes adding the following bid Items: (PCO # 73)
1- Item 109 - Bollards ($100/EA)
All missing in the current bid.
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the outstanding work order within the Precinct 3 limits.
