Background and Discussion:

The project is to design the reconstruction of Hafer Road, approximately one mile, from FM 1960 to Skywood Drive.  The reconstruction includes a new concrete pavement with storm sewer and detention basin, sidewalk, and a traffic signal.

 

Expected Impact:

The proposed improvement will provide a safe condition for the vehicular and pedestrian traffic with better drainage system requiring less maintenance.

No Alternative options. If not approved, project will be delayed or could get canceled.
