Background and Discussion:
The Office of the County Engineer seeks to extend the parking facility management services contract for an
additional five (5) months.
Expected Impact:
Approval of the Amendment will allow the current supplier to continue providing necessary parking facility
management services for the County while the procurement process is completed and a new contract is
