Expected Impact:
The positions will strengthen procurement support for HCFCD and HCTRA by establishing dedicated teams aligned to each agency’s operational needs. The additional capacity will improve requisition and purchase order processing, contract renewal coordination, compliance support, vendor communication, and overall responsiveness. The request will also improve workload distribution within Purchasing, support cleaner coordination under the FCD ILA and HCTRA MOU, and provide a more sustainable staffing model for ongoing procurement activity tied to these agreements.
