Background and Discussion:
The general scope of the project " West Rayford Rd Segment 1 - from Kuykendahl Rd to 400' east of W Augusta Pines Pkwy - 2019" is to upgrade West Rayford Rd from Kuykendahl Rd to Northcrest drive from a half boulevard construction and roadside ditch to a 4 lane concrete section with no curb and gutter, a 14' median within 100' of ROW. We need the 7 tracts on this request to be acquired to proceed with visibility easement/corner clip and signal design at West Rayford Road at Northcrest Drive.
Expected Impact:
If approved, visibility easement/corner clips acquisition will be complete and construction of signal design at West Rayford Road at Northcrest Drive will be able to be completed.
