Background and Discussion:
Project includes pavement marking services for a variety of locations throughout Precinct 1. The Precinct has requested for the new bid item to be added and for the Contractor to be compensated for work completed.
Change includes adding the following bid Items within Precinct 1:
1- Item 69 - 30x30 Aluminum Sign ($429.19/EA) - PCO #11
2- Item 70 - 36x36 Aluminum Sign ($730.63/EA) - PCO #12
3- Item 73 - 30x30 Aluminum Signs with 2 Street Signs ($689.19/EA) - PCO #14
All missing in the current bid.
The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount.
Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to complete the required work within the Precinct 1 limit.
