Background and Discussion:
The project is located in north Harris County, Precinct 1, south of FM 1960 and north of Richey Rd, generally bounded by I-45 to the east and Ella Blvd to the west. The North Forest Subdivision lies within the Greens Bayou Watershed. Proposed improvements include an upgraded storm sewer system and a detention basin. This agreement will provide Professional Services from the Engineer of Record during construction phase.
Expected Impact:
This project seeks to reduce flooding and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by assisting in the alleviation of structural flood damage to homes in the North Forest community. No impact on project schedule or cost anticipated.

If no action is taken, the engineer of record will not be accessible for support through the construction of the project.
