Background and Discussion:
The County Clerk’s Elections Department has exceeded its current space capacity and requires a new facility. The new facility meets needs and requirements and offers a secure and accessible location for operations. This lease will enable the office to continue providing efficient and effective electoral services to Harris County voters.
Expected Impact:
Leasing the facility eliminates the need to utilize multiple venues, such as NRG, and ensures that election operations are centralized to meet legislative requirements.
