Background and Discussion:

Precinct 3 Cactus Jack Community Center - is requesting new HVAC system at 709 Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring, TX 77373 in the amount of $448,693.00. Replacing these HVAC components is essential for the ongoing maintenance and longevity of the building. The existing components have already exceeded their useful service life and are prone to frequent failures. These components must be replaced to prevent future failures and ensure reliable performance. Furthermore, this project has been identified as a priority for Precinct 3.
