Background and Discussion:
On March 24th, 2022, Harris County experienced a network outage that critically impacted the JWEB application. US subsequently engaged a leading IT thought leader with a dedicated focus on Public Safety and Justice (PSJ) IT strategy. The experts in Gartner focus on Public Safety and Justice (PSJ) IT strategy. Their experienced team has worked with PSJ organizations across the U.S. specifically assessing Integrated Justice Information System (IJIS) environments and developing IJIS modernization strategies. HCUS requests approval an amendment to incorporate Phase 3 and extend the term of the agreement.
Expected Impact:
Continued support from consulting firm to develop IJIS integration platform sourcing strategy and IJIS modernization roadmap.
