Background and Discussion:
The Hike and Bike Trail is to provide recreational opportunities for the public, provide a safe route to two (2) neighborhood schools, and allow access the existing Flood Control Basin Trail (Phase I)
Expected Impact:
The facility improvements will foster fitness and provide neighbors with access to greenspace, and safe routes to neighborhood schools.
Alternative Options:
To design the project using in-house resources which are limited. Using specialized professional services and staff will also for provide for a more expedient project completion.
