Background and Discussion:
On July 9, 2026, Harris County, acting by and through the Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA), entered into an agreement with Pinnacle Power Solutions Inc. to provide uninterruptible power supply (UPS), maintenance, support services, and related items. The original agreement certified funds in the amount of $599,422.24.
HCTRA is requesting approval of the First Amendment to the agreement to provide additional funding for additional services identified in Estimate PPS-2026-832, attached to the amendment as Exhibit A. The First Amendment will add $155,035.69 to the existing agreement, increasing the total amount of funds certified as available from $599,422.24 to $754,457.93.
All other terms and provisions of the existing agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Expected Impact:
Approval of the First Amendment will provide the additional funding necessary for Pinnacle Power Solutions Inc. to perform the additional services identified in Estimate PPS-2026-832. The amendment will add $155,035.69 to the existing agreement, increasing the total amount of funds certified as available to $754,457.93, while all other terms and provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
