Background and Discussion:
Amendment #15 to the 2017 Hurricane Harvey CDBG-DR Contract (19-147-002-B490)
To increase the CDBG-DR funds from $880,140,858.39 to $885,431,475.04. The $5,290,616.65 funds are added back from the previous amendment. Additionally, this amendment also extends the termination date of the contract from July 6, 2026, to August 31, 2026. The following attachments were revised: Project Budgets; General Affirmations; and Performance Statements.
