Background and Discussion:
In order to construct the project, the District will need permission from Harris County to construct the trail along the high bank of the channels as well as permission from Harris County to utilize the County’s existing Recreation Outgrant with the USACE that will allow the District to construct and maintain the trail within Barker Reservoir.
