Background and Discussion:
Project consists of installing a water distribution system and sanitary sewer collection system to serve East Lorino Street in Precinct 1 of Harris County. The water distribution system includes the installation of a waterline along East Lorino Street, water service connections to existing residences and the decommissioning of existing wells. The sanitary sewer system includes installation of sanitary sewer line along East Lorino Street, sanitary manholes, service connections to existing residences, and abandonment of on-site sewage facilities.
