Background and Discussion:
Based on the bid results and the recommendation of the Office of the County Engineer (OCE) and the design consultant, Michael Baker International, Inc., it is recommended that the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Juan & Son Contracting, LLC, be awarded the contract for the Construction of Subdivision Drainage Improvements - Lakeshore - 2024 for Harris County Precinct 3.
Expected Impact:
Awarding the contract will allow the recommended bidder to proceed with the construction of the Subdivision Drainage Improvements - Lakeshore - 2024 project.
