Background and Discussion:

Under the 2021 Settlement Agreement and 2021 Commissioners Court Order, Harris County owes St. Joseph Medical Center $300,495.50 for St. Joseph’s provision of medical services to prisoners in the Harris County Sheriff’s Office’s custody at St. Joseph Hospital from January - June 2022. An order authorizing the payment under the Settlement Agreement is attached for the Court’s consideration.
