Background and Discussion: Harris County Precinct 2 (PCT2) requested the Office of the County Engineer to install 38,120 SQ FT of a pervious parking surface at the Seabrook Sports Complex for the surrounding residents. The project is located within Seabrook, TX in Harris County Precinct 2.  The initiative, aligned with Revive2Thrive vision, is designed to enhance safety and improve the overall quality of life by evaluating and upgrading existing infrastructure.

Expected Impact: This project will improve parking capacity, mobility, and safety at the Seabrook Sports Complex by replacing the deteriorated parking surface and upgrading related infrastructure. These improvements will enhance vehicle circulation, reduce pedestrian-vehicle conflicts, and support safer access throughout the site.
