Background and Discussion:
Request by the County Judge for approval to award EdTech, Inc. as our vendor for Afterschool and Summer Programming for Harris County Precinct 4. These programs will strengthen, support, and sustain after-school and out-of-school programming in childcare desert areas, enabling youth to excel, explore, and expand their horizons during the academic school year at Harris County Precinct 4 Community Centers.
