Background and Discussion:
The County engaged Gradient Group LLC to study and design the project in 2026 and now seeks to execute a professional services agreement. The goal of the project is to install an eastbound dual left turn lane and signal modifications at the Cypresswood Drive at Kuykendahl Road intersection.
