Background and Discussion:
The County advertised Homestead Detention Basin Trail and Amenities project for bid and now seeks to award the construction contract based on the lowest and responsive bidder. The goal of constructing the subject project is to construct approximately 6,900 linear feet of 10’ wide concrete trail along the top of bank of Homestead Detention Pond. The project also includes the construction of concrete driveway, 12-space parking lot, and park site amenities.
Expected Impact:
This action will allow Texas Wall Systems, LLC dba to proceed with the construction of the project.
