Background and Discussion:

The project includes the construction of approximately 10,000 Linear Feet of Roadway and Driveways along the Miller Road 2. The project limits are from Crosby Fwy (US 90) to Wallisville Road.

A section of the proposed roadway crosses TransCanada Keystone Pipeline LP gas pipeline easement, and Harris County has requested a letter of no objection. TransCanada Keystone Pipeline LP has agreed to provide the letter of no Objection but requested a signed copy from Commissioners' Court.

Expected Impact:

This action allows the continuation of the contracted work.

Alternative Options:

If no action is taken, the project may experience construction delays, there will be a gap in roadway work at the pipeline corridor and the intended objective will not be achieved.
