Background and Discussion:
Multiple projects have been approved by Commissioners Court to be developed by HCTRA. For all projects to be successful and consistent, HCTRA requires to leverage from the expertise and experience of a Program Management Consultant (PMC) who has the appropriate bandwidth to help manage and oversee all projects under the agency’s leadership. This will help minimize risk and enhance opportunities countywide.
PMC services are required to lead the implementation of multiple projects through different phases (i.e. schematics, PS&E, construction) at existing or proposed locations. The PMC will be responsible for managing various General Engineering Consultant (GEC) teams and will help HCTRA with the development of scope of works, and to streamline processes and procedures for the successful implementation of the multiple projects.
Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
