Background and Discussion:
This request will allow Harris County to start negotiations with Concept Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services related to the design and construction of the bulkhead replacement at Clear Lake Park (Approximately 600 LF). The bulkhead is connected to Clear Lake (Armand Bayou B100-00-00).
