Background and Discussion:
Harris County Public Health Services is seeking approval to exercise a renewal option with The Cleaning Source, LLC for janitorial services at public health clinics, warehouse facilities, and mobile units from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, at a cost of $162,916.51 under Contract No. 220062. The contract provides routine and specialized cleaning services necessary to maintain sanitary conditions in clinical, storage, and mobile service environments.
