Background and Discussion:
Harris County to enter into an interlocal agreement of a 60’ foot right of way in order to maintain the road right of way to eliminate trash and waste, maintain landscaping, prohibit loitering and trespassing, and generally preserve the cleanliness and safety of the area.

The owner agrees to accept full responsibility for the maintenance of the road right of way at no cost to Harris County.
