Background and Discussion:

This agreement agrees to lease 1,962 square feet of office space to TOCA. The term of the lease is thirty-six (36) months at $25 per square foot and annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) fees. This agreement commenced on September 1, 2024, and will expire August 31, 2027. This agreement also agrees to provide TOCA ten (10) reserved parking spaces in the parking garage located at 1019 Congress St. at the current standard rate of $90 each.

 

Expected Impact:

This agreement will provide an expected revenue of $59,850.00 per year to the County.
