Background and Discussion:
The request will allow Harris County to start negotiations with Civitas Engineering Group, Inc. to provide professional engineering services on existing pavement and drainage conditions at the various intersections. The pavement improvements are intended to accommodate larger vehicles such as school buses for the school districts in the area.
Expected Impact:
This project would expedite assessments of the existing roadway and drainage elements at each intersection; while also providing improvements to the road conditions to enhance traffic flow and provide smoother and safer travel for motorists.
